Safety is a primary concern for all living things, as well as it should be. Nothing gives you a better sense of comfort than knowing you and your belongings are secure. But from time to time, we can’t help but wonder, “What If?” And there’s nothing worse than worrying about what could happen. This is where American Hakko’s warranty policy removes these “What If?” scenarios and gives you peace of mind.

Out of the box all Hakko products carry a (90) day manufacturers defect warranty. This means that any issue with the product once received, from date of purchase, will be fixed or replaced free of charge, as long as the item hasn’t been modified, improperly installed, or have had their identification markings removed.

Along with the 90-day manufacturer warranty, the power supply and heater are covered for 1 year from date of purchase as well. Since many of our products have built-in heaters and nearly all have power supplies, this covers your units for an additional nine months after the original 90 days. Our friendly customer support team and skilled repair technicians are always on standby to receive your products and take care of the issue, in a timely manner. Hakko Tips: American Hakko's Warranty Policy

Consumables such as (tips, nozzles, blades, etc.) have no warranty protection, as these items are subject to normal wear and tear.

All products purchased from our website may be returned within 30 days for credit or exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your order. Even after the initial 30 days you can still return your items, but they’re subject to exchange only.

There are however some exclusions to our return policy and our warranty policy. No returns are allowed on items shipped outside the US, so all international sales are final. All products returned need to be 100% complete, including all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, accessories, and any other documentation included with the original shipment.
