Memorial Care Breast Center at Long Beach Medical Center

A note from Memorial Care Long Beach Medical Center Foundation:
On behalf of our Board of Directors and the thousands of patients we serve, I would like to extend my heartfelt apprecation for your generous gift to MemorialCare Long Beach Medical Center and Miller Chirldren's & Women's Hospital Long Beach.
Your Contribution today will allow us to continue to invest in leading-edge treatments and equipment to treat every patient that needs care - especially those with limited financial ability and access to care anywhere else. A growing patient population, over 200,000 each year, are served at Long Beach Medical Center and Miller Children's & Women's Hospital Long Beach. Your support will ensure more patients have access to the life-saving treatments, resources, and one-on-one support they need to reach for a hopeful future beyond their health challenges.
You are creating smiles, bringing comfort, and - ultimately - changing lives.

Crane of Hope Origami Instalation inside the Todd Cancer Pavilion
The Long Beach Community and Long Beach Memorial staff gathered in folding 10,000 origami cranes in honor of the Todd Cancer Pavilion patients, friends and family members that visits the institution. It's a message of hope and encouragement. "An ancient Japanese legend vows that anyone who folds 1,000 origami cranes will be granted a wish. Our wish for everyone who visits is to find inner strength, hope and courage to push through your or your loved ones' cancer journey".
