The FX-805 is the next itiration of the FX-801 Soldering Station, but comes with over 100 watts additional of heating power totaling 460 watts. With the extra heating power, soldering larger components on pcb's will now bring the heat to the pad more quickly and shorten thermal recovery times.
T37 Tip Series
The T37* Tips are the new tip series that are designed to hold more heating power compared to the previous T33 tips. *Tips sold separately.

Hakko has also created a new iron holder design, the FH-220. The new holder can hold 4 tips, has an adjustable receptable, a hot tip remover, a hot n2 nozzle remover, along with compartments for a wet sponge and brass wire tip cleaner.

The new FX-805 soldering station is also designed to work with a nitrogen soldering iron. It works together with our N2 Generator, FX-780, and controller, FX-791, and FX-8005 soldering iron.

Control Software
Introducing HAKKO Control Software for the FX-805. The software allows you to set temperatures, set profiles, view and record measurement data. The data can then be saved to a spreadsheet format for analysis. The software comes bundled with the unit or can also be downloaded from our website.

The FX-805 works together seamlessly with the FG-100/101B Tip Thermometer for measuring tip temperature and automatically offsetting the temperature on the station.
