Preheater
The FR-830 is designed with a high pressure fan for hot air flow, a self-resetting overheat protection function, and its convex outlet reduces heat buildup and prevents blockage of the outlet. The angled heater tube protects the heating element from damge caused by debris that may accidentally drop inside the heater opening.

A closed loop temperature control allows the output air temperature to be set anywhere between 150° - 300°C (302° - 572°).

The FR-830 is the newest model to have significant heating speed, allowing for lesser time before working on desoldering your SMDs.
Usage
Application
With the FR-830, be sure to leave some space (about 10mm) between the heating element nozzle and the PCBoard to allow for enough air flow disbursement.
