The drivers feature an ergonomic grip design that is lightweight and ESD safe for electronics assembly. The drivers also feature an integrated, intensity-adjustable white LED work light, user-defined status indicator light. They have an easy-to-operate rotation direction selector, and a user-programmable trigger system that allows you to define the trigger type as push, or both also define the start and stop sensitivity.

The CHP ATX-12, 30, 50 Intelligent Torque Drivers are premium non-slip grip drivers that work with the ATX Intelligent Torque Controller to calculate pressure and precision. The new CHP ATX Series Smart Servo Fastening System provides high-precision torque and angle-controlled fastening using a high-quality DC brushless servo motor, a high-precision transducer, and high-resolution digital encoder for accurate angle measurement.

These transducer drivers have an LED status indicator ring, use a 1/4” hex bit, and a torque range of 2.4 to 50 (kgf-cm) with a maximum speed of 2000.

Smart Controller
The new generation of CHP Torque Drivers is now controlled via touchscreen digital controls for setting torque speeds, making it easier to change and manage torque speeds. The ATX Intelligent Torque Controller is a 10-inch, LCD touchscreen controller for the CHP ATX-12, 30, and 50 drivers. The controller includes a network interface that stores and exports graph data, is user friendly and intuitive for easy set-up. LED backlight, the controller comes with either 1 or 2 ports for powering and controlling the ATX drivers. The large touchscreen interface allows the user to easily adjust the settings on the drivers for superior torque control.

Ports
The ATX series controller also features an industry-first dual-port controller that can operate two drivers simultaneously or in a user-defined sequence. The dual port controller provides an extra 100W of power to the drivers with all the same benefits. Each fastener parameter is programmable for various combinations of time, torque, rotation angle, and direction. Programmable digital I/O and definable user profiles with password protection to provide process control.
