Brush Series

Brush drivers use small carbon brushes that make contact with the motor’s spinning parts. This creates friction and allows the motor to work. Brushed motors are less expensive than brushless motors, but will need regular maintenance to replace the brushes as they wear out over time.

Brushless Series

Brushless drivers don't have any brushes. Instead, they use an electronic controller to switch the motor’s rotation. These motors are more efficient because there's no friction from brushes. They run cooler, last longer, require less maintenance, and generally provide more precise torque control.

Mini Series

These drivers are from the brushless series, but in a smaller size. These drivers are designed to work with assemblies of cell phones, small electronics and ideal for clean room applications.

Brush - Direct Plug-in Series

Direct plug-in drivers are a part of the brush series, but require no separate battery power supply. These drivers have built-in fully automatic disk breaking to prevent sparking. These drivers are activated by a push-to-start function.
